Amanda
LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Amanda has combined her love of fitness with her love of dance and has created Grind2Fit. She is passionate about making sure that Grind2Fit is a safe place for men and women to come and workout free from judgement.
Sydney has been dancing with Amanda for over three years and is a Grind2Fit Instructor. Sydney was a competitive gymnast for 10 years. She graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Music Therapy.

Kristen is a wife and mom of 3 littles! She earned her degree in Applied Health Sciences and has used her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Currently, she is loving being a stay at home mom.
